This draft describes how the public website may handle information you send through the quote form.

The form collects your name, company, email, phone, service, instrument type, quantity, location preference, and message so SCMC can respond to a quote request.

Submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to SCMC. Do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive data through this form.

The contact page loads an embedded Google Map, and Google may set cookies when it loads.
